The Karlovac race is the first race in Croatia with the status of World Athletics Bronze Label Race and is included in the calendar of the World Athletics Federation as the World Athletics Road Label Race.

The results achieved at the Karlovac Center are entered into the World Athletics tables, and runners earn ranking points through which they qualify for major world competitions.

In accordance with the rules of the World Athletics Federation, in circuit races with a large number of competitors, it is necessary to separate elite (professional) runners into a separate race in order to enable them to achieve better results in accordance with their values ​​and capabilities.

The elite race consists of 3 rounds and all results are recognized by the Croatian Athletics Federation and the World Athletics Federation.

After registration, the organizer will set a time limit for participation in the elite race with a maximum number of 80 runners in the men’s and women’s competition together.

The organizer reserves the right to finalize the start list.
